NEW YORK, NY — A man who allegedly used his first-hand knowledge of the product he called the world’s best, toms, was busted last week for selling it again.
The New York Post reports a police source told the paper that in June, a man approached an unidentified man at a store in the Bronx with a $5,000 tip to buy a box of toms.
Police say the buyer was later found in possession of the same product, only to be busted after a second buyer complained to police.
In an affidavit, the second buyer said he and the seller had previously been “friends” who were selling products on a “family basis.”
The man who sold the product, later identified as 25-year-old Andrew Wozniak, was arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.
